2024/25 Fees

Early Years Funding

Pupils aged 3+ can claim for a maximum 15 hours funding. The 15 hours Universal Early Years Funding is available to all children from the term after their third birthday up until the term in which they turn 5 years old.

At the start of every term parents or legal guardians of 3 and 4 year old pupils will be sent an automated email from our Funding Loop portal requesting a signature and completion of the pre-loaded Surrey County Council Declaration Form. Parents or legal guardians will also be required to upload a photo of their child's passport or birth certificate as proof of date of birth.

Once completed the School Office will upload the Declaration onto the Surrey County Council portal in order to receive the funding.
